Your order is not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submitting as we may be unable to cancel once accepted.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect only. You have 30 days from delivery to contact us. We will replace the item at no cost to you — no return shipping required. We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsatisfactory results as our product is a personal care and hygiene item. To request a replacement contact us at support@elerma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on our store including text, images, graphics and branding is owned by ELERMA and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without prior written consent.
