Filter Subscriptions

When you purchase a filter subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to renew you can cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email. No phone calls or lengthy processes — you are in full control.

If you need help cancelling or changing your subscription contact us at support@elerma.com with your order number and we will sort it within 24 hours.

Refunds on Subscriptions

If you are charged for a renewal before cancelling we will refund that charge provided you contact us within 7 days of the charge. See our Returns Policy for full details.
