Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items only. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and we will make it right immediately.
Please note that due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unsatisfactory results. This is standard for personal care and hygiene products.
Damages and Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace it at no cost to you — no return required.
How to Contact Us Email us at support@elerma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
Refunds Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges If you received the wrong item we will send the correct one immediately at no cost to you.
European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
